Ifeyinwa is a Partner at the firm and holds a Master of Laws degree from the London School of Economics. She possesses over 27 years’ experience as a legal practitioner. Her work experience spans a varied number of blue chip, local corporate organisations, the most recent of which was her role as Company Secretary to African Development Insurance Company (now NSIA Insurance) for close to a decade. She brings to the team an enviable repository of corporate and commercial experience, which our clients have found invaluable in the course of ongoing transactions.
Ifeyinwa possesses substantial Board-level experience and had at different times served on the Boards of Bank PHB Plc. (now Keystone Bank Limited), Insurance PHB Limited (now KBL Insurance Ltd) and PHB Healthcare Limited (now KBL Healthcare Ltd) of which she was the Chairperson. She currently serves on the board of WAPIC Insurance Plc as a Non-Executive Director.
